Web Application Development

Custom web apps for businesses that outgrew Excel.

Most of our projects start the same way: a business running on email threads and five Excel sheets that no longer talk to each other. We build the tool that replaces the mess — shaped around how you actually work, and connected to BankID, Fortnox or whatever else your business already runs on.

Who this is for

Sound like you?

Businesses drowning in spreadsheets

Orders, inventory, staff schedules — scattered across files that only one person understands. One tool can hold all of it.

Service businesses that need a system

Bookings, reminders, invoices, follow-ups — in one place, instead of a notebook, a shared calendar and a very good memory.

Founders with an idea

You need an MVP real users can touch and react to — not a 40-page proposal and a six-month wait.

What you get

In plain words, not a feature list.

  • Scoping in plain words

We map what your business does before writing a line of code. You approve the plan in language you understand.

  • Only the features you need

Custom means built for you — not a bloated platform where you pay for fifty features and use six.

  • Works on the van's phone

Your team will use this on whatever device they have — in the van, on site, at the counter. We build for that reality, not for a demo laptop.

  • Plays nicely with Swedish systems

BankID login, Fortnox or Visma for invoicing, Swish for payments — integrated when you need them, not reinvented.

  • Training and handover

We sit with your team (on a call) until they're comfortable. A tool nobody uses is money wasted, and we don't do that.

  • Source code is yours

Modern, boring-in-a-good-way technology that any competent developer can maintain. No lock-in, ever.

  • GDPR by design

Personal data stored in the EU, access by role, and a clear record of what's kept and why. Boring, and exactly how it should be.

  • Support after launch

Software needs adjusting once real people use it. We stay reachable — that's the whole point of us.

What it costs

Most web applications start around 100 000 kr.

Ex. moms. Smaller internal tools can cost less; complex systems with payments, roles and integrations cost more. We scope first, then give you a fixed quote — the number doesn't creep once we've agreed on it.

You get the exact number in SEK after one conversation — before any work starts. All prices ex. moms.

Process

How it works — no jargon, we promise.

  1. 01

You tell us about your business

An email, a call, or a 20-minute video meeting. What you sell, who buys it, what's not working right now.

  2. 02

We show you a plan and a fixed price

In plain words and in SEK. What we'll build, what it costs, when it's done. No surprises later.

  3. 03

We build — and you see progress

You get a link to watch the site come together. Feedback welcome the whole way.

  4. 04

    We launch and stay reachable

Your site goes live, in your company's name. We don't disappear — that's the whole point.

FAQ

Straight answers to questions everyone asks.

How much does a web application cost?

Ours typically start around 100 000 kr ex. moms for a focused internal tool and go up with complexity — payments, user roles, third-party integrations. The scoping conversation is free, and the quote you get after it is fixed.

How long does development take?

A focused tool takes 6–8 weeks; bigger systems take 10–12 or more. We ship in stages, so you're using the first working version long before the whole thing is done.

Do I need a web app or just a website?

If you need to show customers information, that's a website. If you need to run a process — bookings, orders, inventory, staff — that's an application. Plenty of people ask us for an app and actually need a website. We'll tell you honestly, because building the wrong thing helps nobody.

Can you integrate with Fortnox, Visma or BankID?

Yes. Invoicing, bookkeeping, login — if it has an API, we can usually connect it. We'll tell you in scoping what's straightforward, what isn't, and what each integration adds to the price.

What technology do you use?

Modern, widely-used tools that thousands of developers know — nothing exotic, nothing that locks you to us. You get the source code and full access from day one.

Will you maintain it after launch?

Yes. Our care plans cover hosting, backups, fixes and small changes for a fixed monthly amount, no bindningstid. Software you can't get serviced is a liability, not an asset.

Tell us about your business.

Email or call — we actually reply. Usually within a few hours on weekdays, often faster.
